Preheat your oven at 175℃ and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the flour, salt, cinnamon powder, baking soda and whisk. Set aside, until we use it.
In a large bowl, add the browned butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Mix until it's well combined.
Add in the egg, vanilla extract & mashed bananas. Mix well.
Fold in your dry ingredients, but only until they're incorporated. You do not want to overmix the batter. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chunks.
Pour the batter in your prepared pan & spread it evenly. Add some extra chocolate chunks on top - if you'd like.
Bake this for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft.
Allow the blondie to cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack for 10 more minutes. Slice and enjoy!
